Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

Diagrams.so is designed for creating, importing, and managing architecture diagrams, infrastructure documentation, system design visualization, workflow diagrams, and process flows. You may use the service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes within these guidelines.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Diagrams.so to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive; attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI generation system; resell or redistribute API access without written authorization; upload malicious files disguised as .drawio imports; overwhelm the service with automated requests beyond fair-use limits; or violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Fair Use

Power plan credits (250/month) are subject to fair-use guidelines. We define fair use as normal individual or team usage patterns. Automated bulk generation, systematic API abuse, or generation volumes significantly exceeding typical professional usage may result in rate limiting or account review.

Enforcement

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. We will attempt to notify you before taking action except in cases of severe abuse. Appeals can be directed to success@diagrams.so.
