The workflow retrieves clinical sample metadata by Clinical_Sample_ID or Tube_ID, validates data integrity, and populates an Auto Plating Input sheet with batch parameters, well positions, and volume calculations. Critical decision points handle manual plating exceptions, mass output verification (39–41 ng range), RNA concentration thresholds, and flag resolution before export.
