About This Architecture
Enterprise recruiting audit framework on Azure combining event-driven architecture with policy engines, AI enrichment, and multi-channel notifications. Recruiting process events (requisition created, application submitted, interview scheduled, offer extended) flow through API Management into an Audit Router that dispatches synchronous Azure Functions and asynchronous Service Bus handlers to the Audit Orchestrator. Policy Engine evaluates compliance, bias detection, SLA timeliness, data quality, regulatory, and custom policies against enriched context from Azure OpenAI, Azure ML Studio, and Data Lake adapters. Audit logs persist in Azure SQL, policies in Cosmos DB, with secrets in Key Vault and identity via Azure AD. Notifications route through Event Grid to Email, Teams, Power BI dashboards, and DevOps ticketing for recruiters, hiring managers, compliance officers, and HR admins.
