About This Architecture
Hyura Lab's AMF architecture v3 implements a three-pillar AI governance model on AWS with isolated memory contexts, multi-LLM validation roles, and cross-AZ redundancy. Henry operates as a solo writer to Pilar 1 (memory context), while Tim AI routes validated roles through Claude, Gemini, Kimi, Deepseek, and Grok as read-only auditors across Pilar 2 (dev dashboard) and Pilar 3 (technical logic rules). The infrastructure spans two availability zones with ECS-managed applications (hyura-brain, bayaran-id, medlution), RDS primary-standby databases, and DynamoDB for project-partitioned operational logs. This architecture demonstrates least-privilege IAM, multi-LLM orchestration for governance, and separation of concerns between memory isolation, application logic, and audit trails.
