Requests flow through Jira ticket creation, Redmine support ticket assignment, technical assessment by Dev/TL, and business analysis review with defined SLAs. The sequence enforces governance checkpoints including bi-weekly announcement review meetings and status transitions from New through In Progress, Review APP, Pending BA, and completion.
