Data flows bidirectionally through the central PFE_CIRCULEE hub to downstream systems including PFE_EMETTEURS, PA_SERES, and back to source systems, with optional acknowledgment flows. This hub-and-spoke topology enables consistent data governance and transformation across a complex toll management ecosystem.
