Tools reference

Every tool maps to an API endpoint. Every tool works on both plans, with no usage limit. You rarely call these by name: describe what you want and the agent picks the right tools. Each id is passed between tools automatically.

Create and change

Tool	What it does
`generate_diagram`	Create a diagram from a prompt.
`edit_diagram`	Apply a natural-language edit to a diagram.
`fix_warning`	Apply a fix for a specific Well-Architected finding.
`relayout_diagram`	Re-arrange a diagram for readability (async).
`fork_template`	Copy a gallery template into your account.
`import_diagram`	Import an existing draw.io file, then edit it by id. Works on Free.

Read and manage

Tool	What it does
`get_diagram`	Read a diagram by id.
`list_diagrams`	List your diagrams, newest first.
`update_diagram`	Update metadata such as the title, or make a diagram public.
`delete_diagram`	Delete a diagram you own.
`get_warnings`	Read the current Well-Architected findings.
`get_relayout_status`	Poll an async re-layout job.
`list_versions`	List a diagram’s versions.
`get_version`	Read a specific version.
`revert_diagram`	Revert a diagram to a prior version.
`search_gallery`	Search public templates.

Export

Tool	What it does
`export_diagram`	Export as SVG on any plan (watermarked on Free), or as native draw.io XML on Paid.

Prompt helpers

Tool	What it does
`enhance_prompt`	Turn a rough idea into a detailed prompt.
`clarify_prompt`	Get clarifying questions for a vague prompt.

Usage and account

Tool	What it does
`get_usage`	Your plan and per-action cost estimates.
`get_usage_history`	Itemized history of the tasks run in this session and account.
`whoami`	Account, plan, scopes, and live/test mode.
`list_capabilities`	Valid diagram types, providers, and export formats.
